High-end Interior Design For Condos We're happy to announce that our Waterfront Pearl Press Release went live earlier today - read more here!
Waterfront Pearl (WFP) hand-select GHID to help them relaunch their sales program in full force. We were tasked with designing the model units in the Azure building (southern most building), one of the floorplans was a gorgeous, floor-to-ceiling water facing condo and the other was a longer and more narrow, inward facing condo. Through hard work and a close partnership with WFP's property manager, Stephanie Shaffer, we were able to create gorgeous, sophisticated and livable spaces for WFP's high-end clientele.
In addition to the fabulous opportunity of designing two model condos, we were also offered the opportunity to create unique upgrade packages for every WFP buyer to take advantage of; it could include anything from updated flooring to a customized closet. If you're in the market for a high-end, highly walkable condo home, there's no better place to live than Waterfront Pearl. For more information, refer to our press release or contact the sales office here.
Waterfront Pearl Before & After Photos
Above you'll see before & after photos of Waterfront Pearl's model unit - I'm obsessed with the bright pops of color in this space.
Your gorgeous condo overlooking the Willamette River will reflect your sophisticated lifestyle.
Quick trick for smaller spaces: The wider the headboard, the bigger the room appears!
I'd love to grab a good book and curl up with that red cozy blanket on that bench.
In smaller spaces like the one above, consider a pull-down bed. The wood wall above is a great camouflage for the daytime!
With the bed pulled down, the room is completely transformed.
You'd never guess that the shower curtain is actually coil drapery. Love it!
