This beautiful design was created for a multi-generational family who want to live together, but not on top of one another. Our client is a family of four with aging parents who will eventually move in. It was important to the client that their parents had their own space and felt comfortable coming and going as they please, while maintaining a combined living space where the two families could gather and enjoy time together.  The distinct private spaces in the home are brought together with ample shared living, dining, and outdoor space. This is a design where private spaces and communal spaces combine beautifully to create a harmonious home. With bi-folding glass doors making up almost the entire south side of the first floor, this design is successful in bringing together indoor and outdoor space as well; providing plenty of natural light and an escape to the pool that’s always just steps away.
